This is a two-bedroom townhome perfect for a family or friends getaway with on-site gated parking and security 24/7. If you are looking for an affordable, confortable, and clean certified place to vacation in Puerto Peñasco, this unique space is built to warm welcome tourist to enjoy the beauty that our beautiful city has to offer.

Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. It also has bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities, and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with easy access to the bathroom just across the bed, and has a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, spacious closet and easy access to the bathroom.

The kitchen area has modern cabinets with microwave, refrigerator, and stove. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper.

The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, washer and dryer.

The directions for finding the property were very inadequate. We drove around for 30 minutes trying to find it and finally got help from a taxi driver. It was impossible to locate using GPS (no specific address). "Agave" appeared only once buried in paperwork; we were looking for "Mexican Ambiance." Receiving emails from Expedia, Premium Vacations, and Vrbo was confusing. The keypad and key for the door did not work; we had to leave the room unlocked while we were out. The security guard was very helpful; without him we would not have been able to manage. The room itself was wonderful; the pre-arrival information was inadequate and door problems were serious concerns.

Very lovely apartment, very clean. Courteous, friendly security staff. Property management responded texts and emails swiftly. WiFi was not working and tech never showed up, but other than this, it was a lovely stay.

Very nice casita

Security guards were attentive and friendly. The home is very well done. I wish the pool was a little bigger because with 6 people in it, it was crowded. Property manager attended to two maintenance issues without delay. Overall a very nice place.
