We were so pleased to find this place to rent. It’s well-equipped for a comfortable stay and the hosts were very helpful. Easy walk to the beach and lovely rooftop for watching the sunset!

Bella Vita 24 on Encanto Beach

My husband, 13 year old daughter and I rented here for 6 nights. It was our first experience in this area and we were very pleased with how quiet and peaceful it was, which is exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries. So many people said, Encanto beach is the best beach, and I cannot refute that. It is a peaceful and pristine sandy beach. The unit itself was clean, and had everything we needed and more. Little things were provided that was unexpected, like shampoo/conditioner, some kitchen items like seasonings, dressings. I never expect those items in a rental so it is appreciated. The rooftop deck provides an amazing 365 degree view. Sunrise and sunset are a must view. We happened to be there during the full moon, and that was a treat. The unit has 3 levels- so be prepared to walk up and down stairs. I needed more exercise, so it was not an issue for me, but may be with someone with limited mobility. The walk to the beach is short, and there are two palapas. If you go during a busy time, best to bring your own umbrella, as do not expect the palapas to be unoccupied. Walks on the beach are wonderful. One thing to note: the speed bumps ( topes) are really high. It's not an issue for those with a higher clearance vehicle, but if you have a smaller car like ours, take them really slow and at an angle! The first one we went over we took it fairly slowly but we banged the bottom of our car pretty badly. Thankfully no damage! Thank you for the lovely stay.

One of the beds was lapsided and sunk in. I was scare the mattress was going to fall down to the floor. Also it had a weird smell Like old People house smell.. maybe but we did have a good time other than the bed
