This private house is located in Cholla Bay and features its own private swimming pool, along with a rooftop jacuzzi. We had an amazing time—everything we needed was provided. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Great quiet place

This house is very comfortable. The capacity is more than we expected and i love that we didn’t have to leave the house if we didn’t want to to have a relaxing time. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The owner was very fast at answering any concerns we had about the house. I would definitely visit again.

Perfect peaceful getaway in Cholla Bay

This property is just like the photos in the listing. We had a great time here and would absolutely stay here again! My partner and I brought our two small dogs with us, and this place was perfect for us. The location was great, we felt very safe and thought it was a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood. Only a minute walk to the beach and a few minute drive from all the best places in Cholla Bay. This property had everything we could have needed to be comfortable on our short trip.

Condition of house was okay, no instruction manuals for anything ( hot tub, ac/ heat, tv’s etc), minor maintenance issues ( bathroom towel rack came off when you went to use the towel, door handle came off when you went to open the bathroom door).

Awesome Host!

We loved the condo but would have enjoyed a different location. Condo is a bit out of town. Neighbors had obnoxious dogs that constantly barked which made sitting on the upper deck which was kind of a drag but otjer than that the place is amazing.

Family getaway on the bay

Tom's place was nice. The rooftop is a neat feature for the expansive view and quiet. Of course it was a bit windy so we didn't spend a ton of time up there. The "pool" is about the size of a hottub for reference. We ended up not using it as the bay was in high tide and we spent a lot of time in the bay.

Very clean home, situated yards from the entrance to the beach. Lots of soft sand. Got some fishing in while there. Pets enjoyed the stay, loved the beach and made some friends.

Good time

The house was very clean and the pool was great. Easy check in!!! The heater on the pool was not working but before we even checked in, it was already getting worked on. Communication with Tom was great the whole time. Having access to the garage was nice to have. The view up top of the water and competition hill were beautiful and fun. The house has huge TV’s, that was a bonus. We will definitely be renting again.

Great House

My family and I stayed at La Casa Cholla in April 2022 and we had a great experience. The house is very spacious and very clean! The neighborhood is a quiet safe place. We will def consider staying at this same house when we go back. We love the outside patio and the rooftop area!
