The Mountain King Cabin is an amazing place to call home during your visit to Yellowstone Park. Located in the heart of Gardiner, on the banks of the Yellowstone River, it is just a mile from the north entrance to Yellowstone Park. The house faces south looking into the park highlighting stunning views of 11,000 foot Electric Peak. You can literally look out the windows, or off the deck and see: elk, antelope, deer, and occasionally bears and wolves roaming the hillsides of Yellowstone.

This rustic Montana log cabin is an inviting, airy open space for groups size 6-8 people with a fun loft for the kids! Stay in this beautiful cabin, AND spend a couple days rafting, horseback riding, and viewing wild life inside Yellowstone. With two nearby hot springs to soak in, hiking, and fishing, the outdoor fun is endless. It's easy and all in one place! Located in the heart of Gardiner, take an evening stroll around town shopping or over to grab a bite to eat. Large groups can book our neighboring Yellowstone cabins the Eagles Nest and Grizzly Den.....perfect for multi-family vacations!
We are located about an hour from the Bozeman Airport.

The property’s location is fantastic. Not only is it a walk to Gardiner and blocks from the entrance to Yellowstone, it’s connected to the launch for the Flying Pig Raft rides - fascinating. We had an absolutely lovely time there and wish we had stayed longer.

Great view, location, and plenty of beds. If you bring a lot of people, keep in mind that there is only 1 bathroom, no dishwasher, and laundry is in a separate building that is accessible from 4 PM to 8 PM. Despite that, our kids where thrilled about not having to share a bed!

This cabin was perfect for my family of 7. The views from the deck were stunning and was a great way to start the day with coffee or end the day with the sunset. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we put the grill to good use. If we come back in the area I’d stay here again.

This is a nice place right on the river. Sitting on the deck was a highlight. It is close to the grocery store and a coffee shop. Our only regret was staying one night.
