Relax & enjoy in this great townhouse in the heart of Dewey Beach

Nicely furnished bright and airy townhouse with three bedrooms in the heart of Dewey Beach. One and one-half blocks from the ocean. One-half block to the bay. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, boating, playground, and Dewey Beach fun! Less than two miles from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Funland.

Wonderful beach townhouse with second floor living room, kitchen, and dining room, great for relaxing and enjoying with your family and friends. Kitchen and dining room remodeled in 2019. Direct TV and wi-fi. Kitchen comes with lots of cooking supplies and utensils for meals at home. Deck and outdoor area are ideal for putting your feet up, socializing, and relaxing.

First floor has two roomy bedrooms. One queen bedroom and one twin bedroom (with two twin beds). Full bathroom with tub and shower. The third floor has one roomy queen bedroom and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Bedrooms and bathrooms are attractive, clean, and updated.
In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

Off-street parking for up to four cars behind the house.

This terrific beach house is in the heart of Dewey Beach close to restaurants with award winning crab cake sandwiches, delicious brunches, and sweet desserts. Rehoboth Beach, with its own boardwalk, dining, shopping, mini golf, and fun for adults and kids, is less than two miles away. Ride to Rehoboth on the Jolly Trolley. The shuttle stop is just steps away from the house. Outlet shopping is a short drive up Route One.

You also are near several state parks, including the Delaware Seashore State Park and the Cape Henlopen State Park. Fishing, crabbing, skim boarding, surfing, parasailing, State park activities for kids and families, kayaking, boating, hiking, golf courses, miniature golf, and tennis are all close by.

We had a great time in Dewey Beach. The house is centrally located between the beach and the bay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and other attractions are just a short drive away. The house was neat and clean and suited our families needs perfectly! We hope to return in the near future.

Loved being in the middle of all of my favorite spots. House was even nicer than expected. Super clean and more amenities than I needed. Noise isn’t bad despite being behind Jimmy’s and B&C. Would rent this over and over.

Beautiful home with a great location!!

We could not have asked for a better home, or location, while in dewey beach!! I’ve been coming here for years and this is the most cleanly and beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect right between starboard and bottle and cork, and just a few minute walk to the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, and we can’t wait to be back next year! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in dewey beach - this place is perfect!

Fantastic beach trip!!!!

We stayed for a total of 4 nights in early August 2022. We were a party of 5, made up of myself, my wife and step son, and my father and neice. I got so many "you did a great job"'s i lost count. This place is awesome. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable all around. We had zero noise issues. When the doors were shut we felt isolated, in the good way. The beds were easy to sleep in, the A/C cranked out the cold air, and had enough room to give everyone some space while still being on vacation together. Close enough to the beach to walk and set up in the early hours then return after breakfast. Would 100% book again. We are done with hotels. Thank you for such a great beach trip!

Wonderful stay in Dewey Beach Close to Everything

Our family had a wonderful stay at this clean and well-stocked house near everything in Dewey Beach. We enjoyed walking to the playground, restaurants and beach every day and used the balcony, grill and picnic table and green space outside the house as well. The neighbors were quiet and friendly and we had no issue with noise while we were there. I would definitely suggest this property to others, including those with or without kids.

Celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday. Night life was fun!! Close to rehoneth with much less crowds

Very clean up-to-date home with a lot of extras there like paper towels toilet paper dishwasher pods plenty of hand towels and utensils in the kitchen. games were fun with my adult children and the location was amazing very close to everything and am easy walk to the beach.
