Sea view villa on the heights of Le Trayas

Domaine Espero Pax is located at the foot of the Estérel massif in a natural and quiet environment offering beautiful and long hikes on foot or by mountain bike in the Estérel.

The Villa is a 10-minute walk from the "Notre Dame" beach, a 20-minute walk from the Port de la Figueirette and its public sandy beach (also very quickly accessible by car).

On Sunday mornings at the port, you can discover the small market and its local seasonal products.
Several restaurants are nearby.
A mini-market is located not far from the entrance to the Domaine.
Tennis and SPA at the Miramar Beach Hotel a few kilometres away by car.

The house on 2 levels consists of a large living room with dining area opening onto the outdoor terrace, an independent kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views including 3 panoramic views and one on the mezzanine, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets.

In season there is a maritime shuttle from the port of La Figueirette with stops in Théoule, Mandelieu la Napoule and Cannes. A free shuttle bus connection in season was also created in 2020.

Superbe vue

Maison meublée simplement avec beaucoup d’équipements( salon de jardin plusieurs tables pour manger dehors…). Maison propre et jardin en pente bien entretenu. Accès au massif L’Esterel direct pour les balades). Beau séjour. Une seule remarque quelques aménagements pour la sécurité à faire (ex rambarde escalier)

Tolles Haus für einen schönen Urlaub

Ein herrlicher Blick von einer riesigen Terrasse. Genug Platz für 10 Personen. Nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet, steile Treppen und Auffahrt ohne Geländer. Die Küche ist allerdings sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen, trotz Allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Strand in der Näher ist top und zu Fuß erreichbar, 10- 15 Min. Für alles Andere muss man leider immer ein gutes Stück mit dem Auto fahren.
