You have found one of the best vacation rental condos on St. Simons Island. This condo is a comfortable and welcoming 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex and is just 2 miles from the beach and Pier area. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept very clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a queen full memory foam mattress. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry in house. Lots of natural light! This condo is up 1 flight of stairs.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay for our annual St. Simon's girls weekend! Cindy was so helpful throughout the entire process, even calling us immediately when we texted her with a question our first night. The condo was a lot larger than we expected and the neighborhood was great. A very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great choice for a quick get away!

Very nice property and Beautiful on the inside. It is on the second floor so if mobility is a concern it might be something to think about but it was great for us. Only negative at all was that the only place to walk the dogs was a little inconvenient. If you're stay without pets then there would be NO negatives at all. Would definitely stay again.

We were unable to enjoy the St Simon condo due to one of the people in our party contracted covid and the rest of the party were exposed. Cindy quickly responded and was very understanding of the situation. I will definitely book this condo with Cindy in the near future.

Just what we needed

This condo was exactly as described on the website. It was nicely decorated with comfy furnishings, very comfortable beds and everything we could have needed during our stay. Cindy really thought of everything down to the emergency and sewing kit she provided. The location is very convenient and the community is well maintained. The fact that this condo was dog friendly was a plus for us. There is a specified pet area just a short walk down the side walk which was very convenient and well maintained. I would highly recommend Cindy's condo if you are in the area.

Weekend away with my cat :-)

Usually "pet friendly" is code for *dog* friendly, but luckily this property's pet policy also extends to cats. This was the purrfect place for me and my little tuxedo girl, Clara, to take a few days off. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Clara did a twice-over when we checked in and then settled in for the weekend. She loved it there (as did I). The condo is centrally located and just a short drive from all of the amenities of St. Simon's and the Golden Isles. We're both a little bummed to be home, but we would most certainly come back!
