The studio includes an entrance hall with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a washing machine. A separate water closet, a kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Living room with a 140x190 sofa bed and duvet, television, and a balcony facing the sea. Garage in a nearby residence. Ref. Stud 140.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €85.
