casa confortevole, equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Situata su 2 piani con cucina e soggiorno sotto e le camere da letto con i servizi sopra. Una camera e il soggiorno con balcone hanno una vista straordinaria sulla spiaggia e il mare. La spiaggia Ăš praticamente contigua, divisa solo dall'esplanade (strada pedonale da passeggio).Tutto funzionante, dagli apparecchi domestici ai servizi igienici (box doccia perfetto).Ottimo dialogo con il proprietario.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Balkon mit phantastischem Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise auch modern und gemĂŒtlich. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, wir hatten jedoch keine Nachbarn in dieser Woche und so war es schön ruhig. Wenn man diese Wohnung bucht, sollte man wissen, daß man HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche selbst mitbringen muß, eine Kaution zu hinterlegen hat, sowie eine Endreinigung selbst auszufĂŒhren hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

TrÚs bon séjour.

Excellent sĂ©jour, dans un appartement propre, bien situĂ© avec un garage pour deux voire trois voitures selon la taille des vĂ©hicules. Concernant les ordures mĂ©nagĂšres, beaucoup de points de collecte prĂ©sents sur la plage et la digue. Si il y a un bĂ©mol Ă  faire, et c'est vraiment pour ĂȘtre trĂšs pointilleux, je dirai les ustensiles de cuisine (prĂ©sence d'un four mais de gants de four pour sortir les plats). Cela ne remets absolument pas en cause la qualitĂ© du logement ni du sĂ©jour, mais peut-ĂȘtre une petite piste d'amĂ©lioration.

Appartement idéalement situé

Dans l'ensemble plutÎt bien, en bas sympa, vue imprenable , le garage est un plus, mais graisser la porte trÚs bruyante, c'est une catastrophe. A l'étage bonne disposition mais la literie mériterait un rafraichissement. Les petits enfants ont adoré et ce sont essayé au cerf-volant. On est reparti plus tÎt parce que les petits devaient rentrer le mercredi matin.
