In a quiet and green residence 6 minutes walk from the town center of Lavandou, the main beach and the port, a 50m² air-conditioned F2 apartment with 50m² terrace not overlooked with open view, classified 4 stars by the office tourism. Composed of a large living room opening onto the terrace through a bay window, equipped with a 2-person sofa bed, an open fitted kitchen, new 2024. A bedroom with a large 160 cm bed (2 separate mattresses). a bathroom with large walk-in shower. separate toilet. A large terrace with table, 2 sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue. An adjoining pantry with washing machine. This apartment was redone in January 2023 with household appliances, bathroom, terrace, toilet, air conditioning.

Relaxing vacaction

The apartment is located approximately 100 - 200m uphill of the main street / center of Le Lavandou and is almost on the very top of the building. This was for us one of the reasons to choose this location because we wanted to have it quiet during the evening hours while enjoying our free time on the terrace. The owners as well as the local contact were very nice and easy to talk to (although we caused a problem ourselves on the first day, which got thankfully solved!), which is why we really enjoyed our stay. If you have the same requirements as us for a quiet vacation, this location is definetely a recommendation! Greetings again from us :)

Superbe appartement

Résidence très très haut perchée. Énormément de voitures stationnées sur la route étroite qui mène à la résidence, heureusement il y a une place réservée a la location. Il faut avoir une bonne condition physique (ce qui n'est pas notre cas)

Madame, Monsieur, merci pour votre commentaire. Le Var est en effet une région vallonnée et le Lavandou n’échappe pas à la règle. La résidence se situe en hauteur et nécessite d'emprunter une côte de 300m pour atteindre l’appartement. Nous comprenons tout à fait que les fortes chaleurs d’août aient pu rendre difficiles vos déplacements notamment, en reprenant votre commentaire, avec une condition physique fragile. Néanmoins, nous sommes certains que l'emplacement idéal de l’appartement, son état irréprochable et sa climatisation de dernière génération ont su apaiser l’effort demandé pour l’atteindre. Nous prenons en considération votre commentaire et apportons les précisions nécessaires dans notre annonce. Nadège

Appartement agréable mais inadapté aux enfants

Appartement propre rénové récemment et bien équipé (A noter tout de même qu'il y a pas de micro onde et c'est dommage) perché en haut d'une côte abrupte et qu'on atteint après avoir traversé un labyrinthe de couloir et de marche. Ceci dis le panorama a quelques endroits de cette résidence est magnifique. Il y a 4 couchages mais l'appartement est optimisé pour 2 personnes (Peu de couvert, pas de table pour manger a l'intérieur juste un bar avec 2 places. Belle terrasse mais gare aux moustiques car l'environnement est plutôt sauvage. Enfin la proximité du centre, du port et de la plage est idéale si on a pas peur de la marche en montée sur plusieurs centaines de mètres En conclusion c'est une belle location mais peu adapté pour une famille avec jeunes enfants Belle terrasse

Merveilleuse location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location (un peu perchée mais tout est accessible à 5 minutes à pied) dont nous avons apprécié le confort, la décoration, la qualité des installations, la grande terrasse bordée de beaux arbres, avec une vue bien dégagée, équipée de transats. Nous la recommandons et y retournerons avec plaisir.
