Wonderful stay by the Channel

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean and had plenty of space. The bedroom situation worked great for our family. The location is amazing. Less than a block from the square, three blocks from the coastline. The shops and restaurants are all right there. It was just such a wonderful place for our family. I’m so glad we chose to stay here.The convenience of having reserved parking cannot be understated.

Great location with some problems to be aware if

Before deciding on booking this house you should be aware of a few things: First, there is some serious smell (could be old furniture, wet dog, humid atmosphere induced). Despite buying several perfume stones from the lady a few streets away, this does not go away (but used to it shockingly). Second, there is a hill in the floor that makes you trip - no idea why). Third, the service, communication with agency was not ideal: we had no wifi and TV (this was only solved by providing access to other wifi box, TV still did not work and that was during olympics), there was dirty water in the dishwashers and dirty and wet dishes in the cupboard (maybe also responsible for smell) that the concierge just blamed on the previous guest. Also the fridge and table cloth was dirty and we had to hand-wash dishes for one week. Fourth, the parking lot. Great to have it but it is two cars next to each other with hardly any space to squeeze through (every time you leave the house). You will not move your car a second time during your stay! Why still give three stars. If you don‘t mind the smell, if you are lucky with wifi and cleanliness, you can have a super nice stay in beautiful garden very close to beach! PS: don‘t sit on the outdoor chairs after the rain, they appear to be dry but will make your trousers wet!

Bonjour, merci de vos remarques. Vous êtes la première personne qui parle d'une mauvaise odeur à la maison. Nous allons vérifier ce point là. Par rapport au WiFi, malheureusement, nous n'y sommes pour rien. Nous vous avons bien expliqué, qu'il y a un problème technique du fournisseur d'internet et il est compliqué de faire intervenir un technicien rapidement au mois d'aout. Le concierge, s'est déplacé exprès pour essayer de régler le problème et nous vous avons fourni une connexion sur une autre boîte internet le plus rapidement possible. Quant à la propreté de la maison, nous allons discuter avec les responsables du ménage, merci de votre retour sur ce point là. Par rapport au parking, il est bien noté dans l'annonce que les places sont serrées, mais vu que c'est rare d'avoir un parking en plein centre ville, nous pensons que c'était comme même assez utile pour vous. Nous allons revoir les points que vous signalez. Merci de votre séjour chez nous. Bien cordialement

Au centre d’Etretat

Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent ne pas bouger d’Etretat. L’accès en voiture n’est pas aisé et il n’y a qu’une place de stationnement prévu pour ce logement. Plutôt calme malgré le tumulte de la ville. Le lave-vaisselle n’a jamais fonctionné bien que cela ait été signalé dès notre arrivée et le parquet était très déformé ce qui le rendait dangereux, surtout avec des enfants

Merci pour votre commentaire. Il y a eu en effet une panne de lave vaisselle et nous sommes en attente du passage du technicien. Pour le parquet nous sommes désolés, il y a eu une remontée d'humidité imprévisible qui a déformé le parquet. Nous allons engagé des travaux pour réparer. Désolé pour ces désagréments.

Que du bonheur

Tres bien situé au centre ville et en toute intimité avec un jardin exposé plein soleil le matin et une belle cheminée pour les soirées au coin du feu.
