Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Asnelles, this charming house with sea view, at less than 100 meters from the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of about 1 200 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed and dining area
- A wood-burning stove (wood supplied)
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Outside :
- A private, heated swimming pool, 6.5 m x 4.5 m, from 1st June to 31 of August, secured by a rigid cover. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A beautiful garden of 1,200 m², facing south, fully fenced, with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A terrace is available in front of the house, facing the sea

The house is ideally located in Asnelles, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, quite animated in summer. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Visit of the D-Day museums
- Sailing, diving and canoeing, boat trips
- Possibility of bicycle ride thanks to numerous cycle tracks

Transportation:
- You will have the possibility to park two cars in the property closed by an electric gate. There is also a public parking in front of the house.
- Bus network to Bayeux and Caen from Courseulles (10 minutes drive from Asnelles)
- Nearest train station : Caen at about 40 minutes
- Nearest airport: Caen, about 35 minutes away

Other remarks :
- The second floor of the house is not accessible, it is private and locked.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Pets are not allowed.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the appliances after use.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception. An additional fee may be requested.
