This 2 bedroom, 1 bath rental is the lower level of the Riverview House. It has a nice front balcony facing the Guadalupe River. It has a living room, dining room with lots of seating, and fully-stocked kitchen. The lower and upper units are not connected from the inside - totally separate, each with their own private entrance and parking area.
Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals. Guests have free access to 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront, which includes a deck extending over the river, rope swing, rock patio, and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet away from the rental. Recreational equipment and numerous outdoor meeting areas are available throughout the property. Free parking and Wi-Fi for all guests.
Casa Blanca is committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.
