Five Points Gem
Homey house in the heart of Five Points. Great for a game day! Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants. Quick five minute Uber to downtown or walking distance (less than two miles) to campus and to Sanford Stadium.
The space:
The house has an open floor plan with a great flow to it. The main floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 baths plus one half bath, a living room (with smart TV), open library, kitchen, and laundry room. Off of the main floor is a two story deck as well as a screened in porch.
Walk downstairs from the kitchen to the bottom floor, which contains an “extra” bedroom/treadmill room with an attached full bathroom (that would be great for an air mattress) as well as a playroom/sitting room.
There is a closed garage that guests are welcome to use with a remote provided.
