About this property

Five Points Gem

Homey house in the heart of Five Points. Great for a game day! Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants. Quick five minute Uber to downtown or walking distance (less than two miles) to campus and to Sanford Stadium.


The space:
The house has an open floor plan with a great flow to it. The main floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 baths plus one half bath, a living room (with smart TV), open library, kitchen, and laundry room. Off of the main floor is a two story deck as well as a screened in porch.
Walk downstairs from the kitchen to the bottom floor, which contains an “extra” bedroom/treadmill room with an attached full bathroom (that would be great for an air mattress) as well as a playroom/sitting room.
There is a closed garage that guests are welcome to use with a remote provided.

We’ve stayed in many places in Athens. This is the best VRBO. Very well provisioned. Owner was so helpful. Incredible house with easy walk to Five Points. Perfect for a family or friends together. Highly recommend this home!!

Game day weekend

The house was perfect for a gameday weekend. Close to five points for the restaurants and a short walk to Sanford for the game. The house is beautiful and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would readily stay here again.
