About this property

This property is close to the university of Georgia located on the edge of the 5 Points neighborhood. Situated just off Milledge Ave this condo is only a few short minutes away from Sanford Stadium, Foley Field, Stegman Coliseum, the UGA Golf Course, Downtown Athens, and of course the 5 Points area where you will find great restaurants, bars, and other local venues. This unit has new carpet, new paint and new mattresses. Located on one level and on the ground floor which is great for unpacking and taking small pets outside. The floor plan is spacious featuring an open concept where each bedroom is on an opposite side of the unit. The bedrooms have private baths and TVs. The owner's suite bathroom was recently upgraded to a walk in shower with a frameless glass door. There is also a sleeper sofa to help accommodate two more people. The floor plan is spacious with room to hang out after UGA events or socialize with friends.

Wonderful place

Fabulous spacious place

We had a wonderful graduation weekend with family. The apartment had 2 sitting areas and 2 porches to spread out! The kitchen was fully stocked and had spices and oils to use! Scott communicated quickly and that made our stay a breeze. Highly recommend
