About this property

Comfy home, plenty of space, conveniently located!

Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Please note we do not allow parties or group gatherings of any kind at this property. We take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy.

On the main level is the kitchen, living area, master bedroom (king bed), and master bath. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms (one with a King, the other two twins) and an additional bathroom.

Out back is a spacious deck with an outdoor dinning table and umbrella. If you'd like to grill while you're here, we provide a Weber grill for guests to use.

Well behaved dogs are welcome! Please send us a message to let us know they're coming. We have a large front and back yard but it is not fenced in. We ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.

** Please note, for full disclosure, that we do have ring security cameras on the exterior of the house and a decibel meter inside in an effort to deter parties at the property.

My family stayed here over the holidays, and they loved the space! We had plenty of room to visit with each other but could retreat to the back yard or upstairs to have some solitude. Super-clean, convenient to downtown, and situated in a cozy neighborhood that's great for walking. Hosts were easy to reach and incredibly accommodating! Loved our stay!

The property is as advertised. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close to plenty of eateries, grocery stores, and other businesses only a short drive away. The University of Georgia (UGA) campus is a few miles away and easy accessible by car. We were in town with our pets for the weekend to watch a UGA football game and this place served our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here again if we come to another game in the future!

Perfect low key spot for a UGA football weekend

Stayed here with my wife and 3 friends for a football weekend. Uber/Lyft to downtown Athens was cheap. The house is comfortable with a nice back porch if the weather is pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

A good house for our needs. Three couples meeting up to attend a family event and we needed a dog friendly home. The kitchen, while small, was well equiped with cookware, dinnerware and small appliances. Decorated in a style that would be pleasing to most without the clutter found in other rental homes.
