Welcome to our new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental located just minutes from downtown Athens! Our place is the perfect location for your next visit to UGA games, graduations, weddings, and events.
Outside, you will find a lovely patio area with seating, perfect for enjoying the Georgia sunshine and hosting outdoor gatherings. Our rental is located in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood, with easy access to downtown Athens and all the area has to offer.

U of G ncaa swim meet stay

Perfect spot to stay for NCAA swimming championships. 5 minutes from the pool, close to shopping and restaurants, lovely neighborhood.

Gorgeous home!

Beautiful new home!! Very comfortable with 3 king size beds, very comfy mattresses, adorable neighborhood and close to campus!! All high end finishes! Very responsive host! So far our favorite place we’ve stayed in 4 yrs of visiting oir college student!

Family Homecoming Weekend

This property was amazing! It exceeded our expectations and was so comfortable. It was very close to our tailgate spot and convenient to restaurants and stores! I highly recommend this property! We will certainly use this property again on our next family trip to Athens! Go Dawgs!
