This property was great! It was very well maintained and updated! We checked in and found one of the toilets had a leak and we contacted the owner and someone was there within a couple of hours and had it fixed! We would stay her again! It is a college area so there a lot of students but we did not have any issue with any of them! We were there to celebrate my sons wedding!

Great lo location & lots of bathrooms!!

Great place to stay! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding & we had plenty of room for all of us with lots of bathrooms to get ready!

Good but room for imorovemrnt

This house was pretty nice. It checked almost all the boxes for our group. Couple of things that need attention Bedroom upstairs with en-suite needs blinds or curtain in bath. No privacy. Same bedroom didn’t seem to get any heat.

Great location and size

Perfect location -close to campus and downtown. The house was an awesome size with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, exactly what our family needed. The host thought of all the details and even stocked basics like coffee, condiments, and spices. We will definitely be back!

Athens wedding weekend

Our son got married in Athens this past weekend and we rented this fabulous property! It wax perfect for what we needed! Especially the back deck. It is a 5 bedroom hidden gem!

We enjoyed the property very much. The back patio was our favorite spot. The inside was clean and the furniture was comfy. Only slight is the front door auto-lock was really sensitive.

This house was perfect for us! We were in town for a wedding and had 8 adults, a toddler, and baby and the house was a perfect size for us! Location was very close to everything we needed. Perfect for spring game

WONDERFUL FOR UGA EVENTS

This property was perfect! We were in town for graduation at UGA and invited friends and family. The house was so well located and convenient. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owner was almost in real time! thank you for making this special time in our lives even better!

Game

Here for the game! Was not a bad walk to stadium - 1.5 miles and very close to mama’s boy! Could have been a bit cleaner - found cobwebs in corners and over drapes but nothing dirty in “obvious” places! Parking out front isn’t really for 2 cars unless you have very small cars so we simply street parked one vehicle with no issue. Owner was also very amenable to us entering an hour early so we could get to the dawg walk on time!

Christmas Surprise

This was our best experience with a vacation rental. The house was very accommodating for our family. We all got together to surprise my elderly parents for Christmas. The owner thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. It is conveniently located to the walkable parts of Athens with good good and shopping. I can’t say enough about how easy the process was and how great she was to work with. She made planning this magical memory for all of us stress free. Thank you!!!

Nice home for a group

The property was as advertised. We had plenty of room for a large group. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside area because it turned cold while we were here but it was beautifully done. Our only concern was our parking but that was because we were in a minibus. It would not have been a problem for regular vehicles. Plenty of parking in the back. The neighborhood at first seemed a little rundown but there are a lot of houses being redone in this area so you have newly redone beside some rundown areas. We felt safe there. I would recommend staying here.
