We have stayed at this property previously. It is a great place for family and friends to gather for game day. We like that it's pet friendly and only a two mile walk to our tailgate spot. We came back and watched the Braves game. We would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was there was some things floating in the hot tub but one of the guys staying with us used the nets and cleaned it out. Otherwise we had a great time!

Wonderful weekend stay. The house was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and in a great location. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

This property is in a word amazing. The location is wonderful. Easy access to all things UGA and Athens. The space is far greater than the pictures represent. Plenty of places to sleep, lounge, relax, and enjoy. The owners are very accessible and the property is well maintained. Honestly, i would go as far to say the property is under priced. We will always try and stay here when visiting Athens.

A group of us stayed here because we needed some extra. room to celebrate Christmas with our family and it was PERFECT. We had 4 young kids & the game room, bunk room, & theater provided all the entertainment they could need. It was extremely spacious so we were very comfortable. Check in/out was also very easy... Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Amazing location on a quiet street. The theater room is INCREDIBLE! Plenty of space for a large group and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Cannot wait to go back!

Another amazing stay...

This was our second time staying here and its been tremendously improved on an already amazing space. The added details took it to the next level. The additional parking makes this an easier stay for large groups.
