This is a perfect home away from home...it is truly cozy as the name says and the artwork and murals are beautiful. It is on a quiet street but very accessible to downtown, trails, and the UGA campus. My only regret was not being able to spend more time in the house due to my daughter's UGA orientation schedule. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for family

The communication was wonderful, location was ideal, clean, and enough parking. The only thing I would change is to switch out the beds in one or 2 rooms to king size beds.

Lovely, comfy, convenient!

Friends gathering to visit UGA kiddo & see some music. The place is spacious and so pretty. Comfy beds, nice linens, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood. We walked to to downtown which was very manageable. Great space for the price. Highly recommend this sweet house.

Great stay

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our short trip to Athens. As promised, everything was walking distance or a short drive away. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy each other's company and then retreat to our rooms for quiet time. The beds were comfortable and the murals and decor were inviting. Alex and Meredith were exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and helpful. This house and Cozy Artist Properties are on the top of the list of places to stay. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you.
