This is a perfect home away from home...it is truly cozy as the name says and the artwork and murals are beautiful. It is on a quiet street but very accessible to downtown, trails, and the UGA campus. My only regret was not being able to spend more time in the house due to my daughter's UGA orientation schedule. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for family

The communication was wonderful, location was ideal, clean, and enough parking. The only thing I would change is to switch out the beds in one or 2 rooms to king size beds.

Great stay

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our short trip to Athens. As promised, everything was walking distance or a short drive away. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy each other's company and then retreat to our rooms for quiet time. The beds were comfortable and the murals and decor were inviting. Alex and Meredith were exceptional hosts.
