We comply and exceed all COVID-19 sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

The neighborhood is transitional with a lovely public greenway within walking distance. There are areas without sidewalks on your walk to the greenway, just keep this in mind if you choose to walk. There is public parking available at the greenway should you choose to drive instead. If you have time for a leisurely stroll or simply like to start off your day with a nice run, this is a great spot for you!
The entire home and property are available for your use.

There is free parking in the driveway beside the house for up to 2 vehicles. Additional curbside parking available in front of the house on the street.

Uber and Lyft are readily available.
This home is a brand new home with thoughtful design features meant to make your stay comfortable. There are two dedicated parking spots on the side of the house. Any other cars can be parked on the curb in the front of the house. Uber and Lift are available for anyone who doesn't want to drive around Athens. Downtown and Sanford Stadium are about 1.5 miles away should you choose to walk or bike. Please note that there are areas without sidewalks and a few transitional neighborhoods on the route. There is a nearby public transit stop, you can look up routes on the Acc.gov website.
