The Queen Room has a queen bed with Leesa mattress, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have vaulted ceilings that add to the feeling of spaciousness. In addition, there is a queen inflatable mattress and a full-size futon if needed. There is also a half bath on the main level.

Dudley Park is directly across the street, with the Oconee River Greenway just around the corner. Make the 3-minute walk to Mama's Boy for the best (and most fun) breakfast or lunch in Athens, then stroll downtown or walk back along Trail Creek and the Oconee River to the house via the beautiful greenway. Downtown Athens has a well deserved reputation for food, music, and fun, while greater Athens provides concerts, museums, markets, the state botanical gardens, hiking, biking, water sports on the French Broad River and, of course, all things UGA!
