Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take your trash to the red dumpster located down the hill in the parking lot of Snug Harbor Restaurant and Marina. This is our designated dumpster — feel free to use it
* No house parties or large gatherings
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors)
* No pets allowed due to severe allergies. A $150 cleaning fee
* Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM
* Maximum of 4 registered guests. No unregistered overnight guests or visitors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are locals to Rochester, NY, and we started visiting the Thousand Islands a few years ago and fell in love with the area. The sun rises, sunsets and the stars are beautiful from our cottage. We love to wake up early to catch the sunrise and go for a paddle in the kayaks, which will be accessible to you if you decide to do so.
