We loved staying at this condo. The place was nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to everything. We enjoyed sitting at the table to play games when we weren’t out. The beds were comfortable and parking was great. My sister had to use a walker and it was so nice to park close with no steps to worry about.

Although the location was good it’s got several rooms of filthy carpet and the jetted tub has mold and very hard to find at night due too no front porch light. The building numbers as well are lit BUT the trees keep you from seeing them. It was a huge pain to find. And dangerous for those walking in in the pitch black from the parking lot.

Thank you for your feedback. I did want to note the location is excellent with just being over a few blocks to the main strip. We are in an extremely peaceful and safe area, very quiet and family friendly. There is lighting throughout the complex, and it should have plenty of lighting for safety. We do keep the carpet cleaned routinely and will get it cleaned again. We also take pride in cleanliness and have rarely have any issues. I will let my housekeeper know your concern. Thanks again.

Why they chose this property

We own several condos in Branson and have found that this area is simply the best in Branson. We wanted to be in the 'Foothills' of Thousand Hills because of the large size of these condos (approx. 1400 sq. ft.) and the PERFECT location it offers. It also offers an indoor and outdoor pool that most condo associations don't have. Thousand Hills Golf Course is just one block from this property and we are just 3 blocks from the Main Strip and all the activities that Branson has to offer..

This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. This condo has NO steps parking directly in front, plus It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home.
