Super séjour entre copains ! La maison est vraiment trÚs bien placée et surtout trÚs bien équipée, la piscine et le terrain de foot / volley / badminton nous ont permis de vraiment bien profiter. TrÚs bon contact avec notre hÎte, nous recommandons fortement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Spacious villa close to Cassis centre

This is a spacious and comfortable villa with a good-sized pool and large garden in a quiet and attractive location about 2 mins walk from the centre of Cassis. There is an impressive view from the garden (although you can't quite see the sea!). The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of seating and table space outside and in. Bathrooms are fine although one is a bit tired and a rather unpleasant pink! Recommended.

TrÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour entre amis. Emplacement idĂ©al Ă  15/20 min Ă  pieds du port (rude montĂ©e au retour, mais cela fait partie du charme de Cassis). Maison trĂšs charmante, chambres spacieuses, agrĂ©able jardin oĂč adultes et enfants ont tout pour s’amuser (piscine, belle cabane en bois, balançoire, terrains de pĂ©tanque et de foot). Guy a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif et Ă  l’écoute pour que nous passions un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. La villa Lou Bres est un excellent lieu de vacances, une adresse Ă  garder en tĂȘte et Ă  communiquer autour de nous !

Cassis magnifique

Hi Éloi we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It was perfect for our needs. We experienced all the lovely town and beaches and rented a boat to see the coast- all we complete ease and stress free. The house suited us well with outdoor activities enjoyed by the young adults and evenings relaxing outside with food and drinks viewing the breathtaking backdrop of scenery. The house was equipped with every thing we needed for our stay and check in was easy with quick response to any queries. We would love to return to this great house and the area which Is indeed so special. Merci beaucoup Pauline

Magnifique découverte

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine Ă  Cassis.... La maison est magnifique et possĂšde ce petit supplĂ©ment d’ñme qui fait que vous vous y sentez bien de suite.... Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et la literie est trĂšs confortable....... Dans le jardin, vous jouissez d’une magnifique vue et nous avons pu profiter du soleil Ă  l’abri du vent malgrĂ© un sĂ©jour en fĂ©vrier . Nous ne nous sommes pas risquĂ© Ă  tester la piscine vu la saison mais cette derniĂšre Ă©tait propre et prĂȘte Ă  recevoir nos plongeons si l’envie nous en avait pris. Nous avons par contre profiter un maximum du terrain multisport qui est un vĂ©ritable atout pour des vacances avec ados ( terrain de foot, volley, badminton avec en plus un Ă©clairage trĂšs utile qui permet de rallonger le plaisir de jouer pour les courtes soirĂ©es d’hiver). Éloi et les propriĂ©taires sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et sont aux petits soins pour que votre sĂ©jour soit un formidable moment. Ce fut pour nous une vĂ©ritable dĂ©connexion et une magnifique parenthĂšse en ce dĂ©but d’annĂ©e....Encore merci pour tout, Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ....

L'idéal pour des vacances en famille!

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans cette maison dans laquelle on se sent trÚs vite dans une ambiance de vacances! Les enfants ont pu profiter du grand jardin plein pied devant la maison et surtout du tout nouveau terrain multisport qui se trouve au fond du jardin. La piscine est grande et trÚs agréable. La maison est trÚs équipée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nombreux déjeuners en extérieur et grands repas de famille le soir, sans oublier l'apéro sur la terrasse le soir qui était trÚs appréciable. Merci encore à Eloi pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We loved our stay. The house and garden were brilliant and the owners very helpful and welcoming.

We were an extended family of 6 adults and 2 small children. Our Eurostar was heavily delayed but Marie Jean made us feel very welcome when we arrived and was kind enough to share some of her food and wine from her house so we didn’t go hungry which was very thoughtful. The children adored the treehouse, swimming pool and football pitch. To the extent that we have any negative comments, it wasn’t obvious where the bed sheets were and the downstairs could have done with some airing. Otherwise great, we would love to return

Lovely house and a fantastic outdoor area, nereby the magnifisant Cassis.

We had a fantastic week in the house. We were 8 adaults and 3 children. The house is very nice, and a lot og space. Clean and everything we need was there. The outdoor space was magnifisent, a nice pool to swim and have fun in, nice places to relax and eat. And a lot og space to do sport, with a boul-court, and a very nice fotball-court wich also can be badminton-court. We had a lot of matches there at night. And there is a lovely children house, who was very popular. The aeria was very cuiet, and it was a short walk to the lovely litle town. We would very much like to come back again. And we recomend the place very much.

A nice villa

We just got back from a week's stay at the Villa Lou Bres 2. The villa in itself is very nice, but there is one room on the ground floor and bathroom that needs updating- something you'd expect for a villa of this price. Two other things i would say: 1-I would not really recommend this villa for families with kids of under 3 years old. It has a lovely setting but the pool is incredibly deep in parts, and there are certain areas in the garden that are dangerous (some areas have big drops behind the walls). However, the little tree house is adorable and great fun for kids. 2-Also, the agency (Eloi) was fantastic- quick response to emails and even offered 2 cot beds since we have two young children. However, whilst I found the owner pleasant on the first day, she was very abrupt & rude to me a few days into the holidays, due to some issue with her mechanic who helped us with our car (it broke down). I do not wish to go into too much detail but I would like to point out she was totally unprofessional. I am French therefore I know there was no misunderstanding. A pity as the holiday was excellent otherwise. I would recommend this place otherwise.

This is a wonder place to stay, it is spacious and comfortable.

We very much enjoyed staying here. The location is beautiful, within walking distance to the centre. It can be used as starting point for wonderful walking tours to the calanques. The place is beautifully furbished. All amenities are available. Very recommendable.

Rien Ă  redire sur cette belle villa et sur son emplacement. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e elle jouit d'une exposition et d'un espace fantastique. L'intĂ©rieur est tel que l'on se sent comme chez dĂšs qu'on y entre. L'accueil de la propriĂ©taire, d'une grande gentillesse, ajoute au confort et Ă  la sensation de faire partie du lieu. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine, la saison ne s'y prĂȘtait pas vraiment, mais on imagine assez bien des vacances d'Ă©tĂ© ici! Bref, une trĂšs belle dĂ©couverte!

Je recommande vivement Villa parfaite

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette superbe villa, les enfants se sont rĂ©galĂ©, c'Ă©tait une semaine de rĂȘve! Les chambres sont confortables, le jardin, avec sa grande pelouse est une superbe aire de jeux pour les enfants qui ont pu profiter des balançoires et autres Ă©quipements mis Ă  disposition. Nous avons bien profitĂ© de la piscine Ă©galement qui est grande et juste devant la maison. D'inoubliables apĂ©ros sur la terrasse ombragĂ©e... Super villa

15 jours pour les vacances d'avril avec en prime un beau soleil :-) Piscine, balançoire, foots dans le jardin, balades dans les collines et les calanques, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer. La maison est vivante, on sent une belle maison de famille avec plein de souvenirs en photo sur les murs. On ne s'est pas privĂ© du barbecue sous le auvent Ă  l'ombre du mĂ»rier, une petite partie de Molkky (Ă  la place des boules). La villa est bien Ă  15mn du centre Ă  pied, mĂȘme si ça fait une petite montĂ©e sur le retour. Les enfants ont un peu profitĂ© de la piscine, plus courageux que nous .... Eloi est trĂšs sympa et serviable, il nous a mĂȘme organisĂ© une dĂ©gustation de vin chez un de ses amis :-). Merci.
