On the ground floor, the chalet features a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, creating a pleasant and welcoming living area. This space leads to a first bedroom with a double bed (made up of two 90 cm beds) as well as an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm) and a wardrobe, a second shower room, and a mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm), providing comfortable and well-distributed sleeping areas.

Outside, a wooden terrace allows you to fully enjoy the sunshine of Hourtin. Settle down for your meals with the wooden garden furniture, or simply relax while admiring the view of the marina, in a calm and refreshing atmosphere.
