Residence "Les Capounades", 4 storeys. 100 m from the centre of de Narbonne-Plage, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Public parking 50 m. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, diving center 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km.
2-room penthouse 30 m2 on 4th floor. Partly renovated in 2020, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 2 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 94 - 170 cm with 1 bed. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Dirty apartment spoiled stay at Narbonne Plage

A bad experience. On arrival, scaffolding over some of the apartment block. 4 floors and no lift. Bird droppings all across threshold. Apartment dirty, work surfaces covered in dust, grit and food Fridge - absolutely disgusting, Sink and worktop stained and rotting. Pile of gravel and dirt in the corner of room. Ants in the apartment. We arrived on a Sunday so local Interhome Office closed. No one to complain to or obtain another apartment at short notice. We are shocked that this apartment was being let in such a filthy state. Interhome should undertake inspections before letting properties. From this experience, never again with Interhomes.

Das Appartement lag sehr schön, nah am Meer.Die Wohnung war bei Einzug nicht ganz sauber, schmutziges Geschirr, Fußboden nicht gut gereinigt.Bei der Ausstattung ,hätte es ein wenig gemütlicher sein können. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren doch sehr unbequem.Aber es war ein gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.Der Ausblick zum Meer hat dies entschädigt.

Bel appartement idéalement situé et exposé

Appartement idéalement situé à 200m de la plage, des commerces et restaurants, quartier calme, au 4e sans ascenseur, avec place de parking. La cage d'escalier est ouverte et des hirondelles y nichent mais du coup aucun moustique. L'appartement est rénové, bien équipé, très bien pour nous (2 personnes). Exposition parfaite avec soleil le matin côté balcon, depuis lequel il y a une vue imprenable sur une partie de la plage et la mer. Très bon séjour dans cet appartement que je recommande.

Appartamento arredato con gusto, ma la doccia è difficilmente accessibile. In estate è fresco ed arieggiato, la loggia permette una bella vista sulla spiaggia. La palazzina si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, vicino la centro ed alla spiaggia.

Locacation agréable avec vue sur la mer et avec l'équipement qu'il faut sauf la machine à laver . Pas toujours facile de monter les 4 étages avec les bouées et les jeunes enfants . Un réfrigérateur un peu petit pour 5. Mais nous avons passé 2 semaines bien sympathique dans cette appartement.
