Une maison de vacances très agréable avec tout le confort (y compris la climatisation dans les chambres). La disponibilité de vélos est un vrai plus pour aller àla plage ou se balader le long des étangs. Les hôtes sont par ailleurs disponibles et à l'écoute.

À cause de la fausse localisation du logement que nous avons réservé et payé, nous n’avons pas pu y séjourner. La propriétaire et Abritel se renvoient la responsabilité de la faute et refusent de nous rembourser.

Bonjour, il y avait effectivement une erreur sur la map de la part d’abritel car nous avions fourni la bonne adresse et malheureusement vous nous avez prévenu la veille de l’arrivée donc nous n’étions plus en mesure de remettre en location, abritel a reconnu que le problème venait de chez eux donc ils devaient voir pour vous rembourser. Je viens de réactiver lannonce car la location est maintenant bonne, c’est à dire à la franqui et non à port leucate. Je suis navrée de votre expérience en en espérant que depuis vous avez eu gain de cause.

Annonce mensongére,le logement se situe à 14km et non à 14 mn.Déja signalé mais l'annonce est toujours la méme.
Village sans intéret l'hiver,aucun commerce.Et trop tard pour retrouver un autre gite,la reservation etant faite.Votre site est à éviter.

Annonce mensongère ? Dans le titre il est noté maison la franqui ! Comme je vous ai expliqué et comme abritel vous l’a expliqué la zone noté est approximative avant la réservation mais une fois la réservation faite vous aviez l’adresse exacte et toujours la possibilité d’annuler car vous avez 24 h de rétractation. Mais vous avez regardez l’adresse deux jours avant d’arriver donc à qui la faute ? Dans votre commentaire vous ne dites pas que je vous ai facturé aucun frais supplémentaire pour vos animaux ni changer votre jour d’arrivée sans problème ni proposer de rester une nuit de + pour compenser votre insatisfaction qui est totalement de votre faute. Avec le recul les voyageurs comme vous sont à éviter. Bonne continuation
