We loved the property, the location & the customer service & would definitely stay here again. However,I would kindly like to offer some recommendations to make the stay much more enjoyable. Bathrooms: need wall shelving in the tubs to put shampoo and other essentials. walk in shower floor needs to be cloroxed to get rid of the mold stains on the grout.Curtain lining in the other bathroom needs changing badly.Both bathrooms need toilet cleaning brushes and cleaning supplies.The one brush is broken. Kitchen: need to have salt & peppers, coasters, and a pair of Scissors that are not rusted. All can be bought from the dollar store. Beach chairs REALLY need to be replaced. One is rusted which got on our clothes and pieces of the rust kept falling on the floor.The other chair with wooden handles had splinters.These chairs are not safe nor sanitary posing all sorts of health hazards.Two pairs Tommy Bahama chairs would cost around $120 and can be purchased at Home Goods. They are of great quality. Please include a vacuum cleaner because you can't avoid bringing sand into the unit and the broom is useless.A very nice and small vacuum can be purchased on Amazon for $65. Have a few board games like scrabbles, playing cards, uno, monopoly, etc. A couple of boogie boards would have been great to take on the beach. Also a keurig coffee maker would be fantastic, that way guests can just bring their own k-cups and not to have to shlep a large bag of coffee.The rug needs to be vacuumed really well and maybe even professionally cleaned from time to time.The living room window floor frame is very dirty with thick dirt and sand and rust. It needs to be cleaned really really well b/c right now it won't let you close the door with two people pushing it to get it closed.There is wood board at the front of the floor of the window causing us to trip multiple times which needs to be removed as it looks to be unnecessary.I will be happy to give your unit some TLC.For photos please notify me.
