The only thing I would suggest is blackout or thicker curtains in the bedroom to filter the light coming from the hall (elevators are right outside the room) Amazing views from the balcony!! Great location!! Can’t wait to go back!

The good:•Great location•Despite being separated by a street, the walk to the beach is very short and easy. •Lots of chairs and boogie boards to use on the balcony. •Nice, updated kitchen with new appliances. •Lots of linens•In unit washer and dryer with provided detergent•Pools were clean and well maintained•On the beach there is a small hut that serves mocktails and cocktails that are delicious. The bad:•Units needs a deep clean and a little TLC•If you’re a generally hot person THE AC CANT BE TURNED BELOW 72, I spent my week of vacation unable to sleep because of the temp. If I’d known that I’m advance I probably wouldn’t have booked. •Unit overall has a very damp smell and feel. I adjusted the ac vent in a bathroom and my hands were black with mildew. •Upon check in there was an orange Cheeto handprint on the bathroom wall??•The walls surrounding the bunk beds are dirty from past guests.

Not so happy but we stayed anyway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most of our stay it wasn’t horrible ,but the first night we got into bed and realized there was sand and the sheets had not been changed. We found some blankets and made the best of it. I washed the sheets and we put them back on. The dryer took literally 2 hours to dry 2 towels and 3 washcloths. Washer leaked a few times and there was a small leak in the hot water closet.The ice maker made ice great but you had to get it out of the pan inside. Now for the rest of the condo it’s in a great location and has a beautiful view. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The unit could use a new living room rug or a deep cleaning. There were plenty of beds and lots of space for meals. I feel like a little bit of TLC would make a huge difference with this unit. I truly hope things get fixed so people can enjoy without any issues.
