Charming house in beautiful and peaceful location.

Lovely property in a beautiful location with views of the town and countryside. The house has everything you need and more (even a bottle of local wine). Be aware the walk into town is great but uphill all the way back. The pool was fabulous as was the outdoor area. The description on VRBO is spot on, however it does say ‘English speaking’ which isn’t the case. Luckily my husband speaks French and Geraldine was very friendly and super helpful. We would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

Un accueil au top ! Une maison pleine charme, authentique, au calme où on se sent vraiment bien. Les photos sont très fidèles : esprit "maison de famille" décorée avec goût, une grande piscine au sel où on peut vraiment nager, l'ombre majestueuse du platane et du tilleul qui vous accueille pour le repas...Un petit paradis à la campagne à 2 pas d'une très jolie petite ville et de multiples choses à découvrir. Le seul problème est qu'il faut bien se résoudre à partir un jour ;) Merci Emmanuèle et Géraldine !

Maison très conviviale !

C'est la seconde année que l'on vient occuper la maison d'Emmanuèle, toujours aussi conviviale, fonctionnelle et agréable. La pisine et les extérieurs opnt fait le bonheur de tous, grands comme les moins grands. Merci et à l'année prochaine !

Toller Pool & schöne Umgebung

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Und die Region hat uns gut gefallen: charlieu ist toll und in der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Dörfer, Burgen und Schlösser zum anschauen.Der Pool ist natürlich ein echtes Highlight und so groß, dass man wirklich richtig schwimmen kann! Aber auch unsere Tochter (3 Jahre) hatte an dem flachen Rand viel Spaß! Auch super, dass der Pool etwas weiter weg vom Haus war, so mussten wir keine Angst haben, dass sie unbeobachtet mal reinfällt.Emmanuèle und auch unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort waren beide sehr nett und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Très agréable séjour dans la maison d'Emmanuèle. Maison très fonctionnelle de plein pied où nous avons bien apprécié le fait qu'il y avait en gros tout à notre disposition, produits de nettoyage, lessives, épices, huiles et autres produits présents. C'est une maison qui est clairement et souvent occupée par ses propriétaires qui en prennent bien soin. Pour notre prochain séjour d'été à Charlieu nous n'hésiteront donc pas à relouer cette charmante maison de campagne bien localisée dans les hauteurs de la ville de Charlieu.

Vacances d'été

Nous avons apprécié cette maison typique de la région, avec le confort des chambres, et bien équipée. Nous avons passé d'agréable repas, repos, sous les arbres de la terrasse où le calme y règne. Nous avons fait toutes nos sorties avec nos vélos électriques pour se rendre sur les marchés, visites de villages ou commerces, les routes et voies vertes sont bien aménagées. La piscine est vraiment la bienvenue après nos escapades pour nous rafraîchir et se détendre. Le seul bémol la région manque de dynamisme (pas guinguettes, ni bar concert). Il faut penser à réserver les restaurants qui sont régulièrement complets.
