A beautiful home in a great location

This is a beautifully presented house with plenty of space and a lovely swimming pool just a few minutes walk from pristine sandy beaches. The town of Arcachon is 15mins walk or a 5min drive where you’ll find lots of great places to shop, eat and relax. The house is reasonably well equipped for self catering although it could do with a few smaller saucepans and baking trays. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all immaculate and more than big enough for a family to have plenty of space. The living area is nice although there is only one sofa which seats 2-3 people at best. There are other chairs but they are rather uncomfortable bamboo seats. Another sofa is definitely needed to make this a perfect place to unwind for the whole family. One last thing to improve this lovely house - mosquito screens on the window! We were inundated with mosquitos and had to shut all the doors and windows. In the absence of air conditioning, that makes it a very hot house, particularly at night. Insect screens on the windows would allow you to ventilate the bedrooms and lounge without being eaten alive. This is a very very good 4 star house. With the changes above, it will be an excellent 5 star house.
