Newly renovated in 2021 beautiful home in Carolina Beach! Six block walk to the beach while also having a great yard to grill out on the new Weber grill. This property has brand new furniture,TVs, pillow top mattresses, high speed fiber optic internet! No detail was missed from the new hardwood floors, to the epoxy Floors in the garage! We are a local host so the home will be checked personally before every rental to insure it Is perfect for your beach getaway!

Why they chose this property
This property was originally built by my father in 1979 we had the same tenant in the house up until 2020. After she decided to move we did a full remodel on the entire property to ensure everything is absolutely perfect for everyone who decides to come stay in the future!
What makes this property unique
The property is close to the beach but also gives you plenty of parking and is in a quiet neighborhood so that you can get away from the traffic if you want to.
