Great place, but a few items need repair.

We wanted to leave a note for the owner about a few items that need repair, but there were no forms available.

I think the forms they mentioned are the condo HOA forms for exterior maintenance. We have a sheet on a bulletin board in the unit for feedback on interior items. Emailing or texting Jenn also works. This group wanted the ice maker fixed, but the HOA for this condo does not allow ice makers to be connected. Ice trays, an ice pack and a small cooler are provided.
