Paki Maui is one of our favorite places to stay on Maui because of the location. You have plenty of food options and shops in walking distance plus every night you can see the best sunset sitting out back by the shore. David’s place was well stocked with essentials, like coffee and extra fans, and included things like flippers, goggles and noodles for exploring local beaches. The communication was quick and it was great value for our stay on Maui. We will definitely be back to the area!

Host was very lovely to deal with. Property was as advertised. Very comfortable space. We loved the binders with recommendations for around the area. I don’t think I was able to put a note inside the journals they keep for guests because of time and forgetfulness, but we loved the room. Such a blessing.

Clean spot no ac but ceiling and standing fans provided in room which was much needed! Boogie boards and snorkel gear also there which it's great. There's some outdated instructions that they should update regarding the pool code and Wi-Fi. Overall great spot and great value

We loved our stay here in Maui and this place helped create many memories! We loved the location which was directly across the street from several places to eat and a short walk to an ABC store. I enjoyed sitting out by the ocean for sunset and watching the crabs on the beach.Although the unit doesn't have AC, we adjusted just fine during our stay (late July) as the fans helped significantly. We found that the condo had everything that we could need or want...plus more! My one recommendation would be that some of the instructions/information is not fully up to date (i.e. a key is no longer needed for the pool but a code is now needed). I would have also appreciated reading the information packet prior to my arrival so that I could settle in quicker.But it a GREAT stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are fortunate to make it back to Maui.

1 star! The listing was advertised as an ocean front property, but it was nothing close to that when I arrived. I cancelled within minutes of walking in, called the host immediately, and didn't touch anything in the unit. When I followed up afterward, the host misrepresented the situation, falsely claiming a cleaning crew was needed, and responded defensively rather than addressing the actual issue. Instead of taking accountability for a misleading listing, the host tried to shift blame onto me as the guest. Disappointing experience and even more disappointing follow-up communication.

We enjoyed our stay here. Communication was great with the owner and he helped with whatever we needed. We were bummed that the beach access from this property is blocked off. Not sure if it’s permanent or just under construction but both access points were blocked. We had to go to the park next to the property to have beach access. There is plenty of food within walking distance. I would stay here again.

For the price, this is the absolute best! Great location near all the great beaches. Fish market across the street that you can bring back to cook in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable and place had everything you could need.

Nice for a quick getaway

Fabulous location!

We love staying at the Paki Maui--beautiful garden area, wonderful beach/lawn, nice pool and hot tub. Located next to the farmer's market store, a great deli, and a beach park. Would recommend to anyone!
