The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not move furniture. If furniture is moved, please return to original location. Please log out of all applications on the television and return to original settings.
Place towels and wash clothes on the floor in the bathroom. All bedding in a stack at the end of the bed.
Please return thermostat to original temperature. Please shut curtain's. Once you have departed, please text Julie at 314-482-9995, so our team can enter the condo and begin inventory and cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Pets, No Smoking, No Vaping, No Glitter. If any evidence of these, you will be charged additional for cleaning. Please sweep all sand from floors.
No inside furniture or pillows allowed on balcony. No bath towels allowed on beach. Beach towels are provided. For makeup use black washcloth.
No child allowed on balcony without an adult.

Excellent location

Location was great. Close to great food and shopping not too far away. I would recommend anyone wanting to rent beach chairs to get down to the beach at 9am when they open. I did hear him tell several people they were sold out different days.

Vacation & Family visit

The 1 bedroom condo facing the beach was perfect for my wife & I. There was plenty of room also for our son and grandchildren to cime visit us also since they live in Gulf Shores. The condo owners were very pleasant to work with and made sure we were comfortable.

Beautiful condo with a wonderful location. I did not have to get in my car after arriving and was able to walk to excellent restaurants/other vendors. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Beach view was great. Would stay here again with no reservations. One minor suggestion would be a blackout curtain for the bedroom for us light sensitive sleepers.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

We were so impressed with our rental. Everything we needed was there for our stay and even beach towels and chairs too. Communication with our renter was beyond excellent and there was even a welcome card and goodie basket waiting for us when we arrived. We loved having a washer and dryer and excellent wifi too. Overall it is safe to say we will be returning. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Awesome Stay

This was the cutest little condo and perfect for our small family. Julie gave us all the info we needed before our trip and even checked on us throughout our stay. They had card games, coloring books, and extra beach towels and chairs which was a nice touch. There were plenty of extra bath towels, pillows, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

​For over 20 years we have called the Gulf Shores area our happy place. Our first vacation here was over 20 years ago.  We rented several places that were all unique in their own way.  The area offered everything we wanted in a beach getaway. White sandy beaches, great golf courses nearby, plenty of fun restaurants, but most importantly, a quiet place to enjoy and relax with our family.  What's a trip to Gulf Shores without a trip to Lulu's or the Tanger Outlets for great shopping?  The area has it all.  A beautiful white sandy beach just steps away from our front door.  Then, you add in the outstanding amenities of our resort.

When you rent from us, you deal directly with us. Not some big property management company who treats you as nothing but a number. This is our only property. We personally answer your emails and when you call you speak and deal directly with us. We personally manage the property and hire the concierge service and a turnover/cleaning person who will take the necessary time to prepare the property for your special visit.  We did not hire a cleaning company who sometimes pops in and out while dealing with time constraints. We also know a few local owners who also manage their own single properties in the Gulf Shores Area who we can refer you to if you need more room for guests.

Let us explain just for a minute why we feel we have found one of the best locations the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach Area has to offer.

Price - You work hard to save money for your family vacation. A good vacation should not put you in debt for the rest of the year. We continually monitor local prices to keep our property at or below other similar properties in the area. Our rates are lower than others in the area because we manage our own property and pass the savings onto our guests.

Location - The Gulf Shores Area has a lot to offer with its beautiful white sandy beaches, locally owned themed restaurants, and year-round beautiful weather.  In addition, there are exceptional restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Our condo is in the heart of the beach entertainment area. Shopping, dining and entertainment are all in walking distance.
