The living room has a sleeper soafa and an additional sofa and gas fireplace. Downstairs has a common area with 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and laundry area. View one of the most beautiful spots on the island for the sunsets from the wrap around porch. No carpet in the home. Enjoy our vacation rental! Best Fripp Family Vacay

Everything at this property was wonderful. The inside was clean and decorated nicely. The outside space was great for drinking coffee in the morning and socializing with family at night. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to return.

Perfect Beach Week

We loved everything about our stay here - it was the perfect location for Fourth of July week, we were able to watch the fireworks from the beautiful porch and were just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. This house was by far the best “stocked” house we’ve stayed in. Thank you for a great week!

Best ever house !

We have stayed on Fripp over 25 years different places . Our family said this was their all time favorite ! There was no detail not perfect or thought of in this house . Everything is thought of that you would need . The sunset is as fabulous as the photos . We can’t wait to go again ! We didn’t want to leave .

Great vacation!

The house was perfect. The space was just what we needed. The porch was amazing. We have vacationed regularly to Fripp and this one of the best homes we have stayed at. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
