Great location for skiing!

This location was an easy walk to the yellow lift, even in ski boots! The place itself was exactly as shown in the pictures.

Mini Family reunion

Property was as advertised, and perfect for the four of us who stayed there. With family who live in the area, this location was easily accessible for everything we wanted to do. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay. Nice to have a bbq and kitchen supplies that were provided. Our only real complaint was the pillows and how hot the unit got. We ran the air conditioners on full.

Thank you for the feedback. I am glad guests were pleased with our stocked kitchen and grill. There is no reason to use AC in October. The heat must have been on. I wish the guest would have reached out as I could have assisted. Not sure what the issue was with pillows as he didn't specify but again I could have brought different ones. It is difficult to find pillows and mattresses that meet every persons likes or comfort. We do try to provide things most people like.

Great place to stay for a ski trip. Tons of room for a family of 5. Host was very responsive and helpful with the check-in. Very short walk to the lifts. Condo was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.

Nice getaway

We had a great time at the condo - location if perfect for our day trips into Bellaire and to Torch Lake. Two separate sleeping spaces with private bathrooms made traveling with another couple comfortable.

This is a really nice place to stay! They had everything you needed for cooking and grilling and extra nice blankets . Nicely decorated. We would stay there again forsure. Beautiful mountain just outside the door.

Ski trip

We took our family on a ski trip here and having the ticket sales and lift within 100 yards of the condo was wonderful. The grill and gas fire pit were a nice bonus and the pool and hot tub were a great way to wind down after a day on the slopes.

Great hideaway!

We loved our stay at the condo in Schuss Mountain! This is a great location for relaxing, unwinding, and still exploring everything nearby. The condo was well maintained and communication with the owner was simple and quick when we had questions. We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

The Schuss Mountain property was in a great location. Close to Belair and Torch Lake and easy driving distance to Traverse City. The condo slept up to 11 but we only needed 4. It has all of the basic necessities and is reasonably priced.

Nicely located for skiing

If you need rental equipment, realize that you need to go over to the other area (i think 8-10 minute drive). Condo was clean and completely comfortable for our use. Thanks!

Great little place

Great location for skiing. A little cramped in the kitchen area with 5 guys but we made do. Communication with the management group is not the best. But very nice other than that.

THANK YOU for taking the time to write a review. This is a great condo to sleep a lot of people but yes the kitchen is smaller. I am also very confused about the communication issue. One thing I pride myself in is good communication and I am always available for questions or concerns. He left a personal item in the condo way down in the couch and we were able to get it back to him.

Clean good location everything we needed

Very clean property with a lot of beds. There were pots pans and everything you can ask for. The condo is located in the wood. The air is amazing. The bathrooms were renovated. And the kitchen too. We went to Torch lake, sleeping bear dunes and elk rapids. Everything was pretty close.

Lovely landing spot for a week at Torch Lake!

We found this listing for a last minute family trip to Torch and it was a perfect spot! We brought our 24 ft boat and had no problems parking it right by the condo. The condo was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed to clean up and rest after long days on the water! The washer/dryer was a plus so we didn’t have to cart home a bunch of dirty clothes. Downtown Bellaire is so cute, and the Iron Skillet breakfasts were incredible, as recommended. Definitely on our short list to return here if we decide to come back next summer!

Walking distance to Yellow Lift

Our family has stayed in several of the Bergrand units and this one was the best yet. The clothes dryer set it apart from other condos. It was fantastic to be able to dry gloves and mittens over breaks from the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with housewares and there were ample towels for our family of four. The location to the Yellow lift is really convenient; just a short walk across the parking lot to the ticket counter and rental building. The unit owner was great to work with, very accommodating and was very responsive to communications.
