This detached house is located near the owners' property and another gîte. Entirely on one level, it features a large shared plot with a private area, garden furniture, and barbecue. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave)/dining area/lounge (CanalSat foot+ and Canal+), two bedrooms (two 90x190cm beds, one 140x190cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Available: baby crib, high chair. Baby bath on request. Electric heating (weekly rate at an additional cost). Bedding rental and end-of-stay cleaning service are available at an additional cost. Tourist tax is additional. Ocean: Montalivet beaches 8km. In Soulac-sur-Mer: Old Villas Trail, Notre Dame de la Fin des Terres, beautiful covered market. Small ports on the Gironde: Port de Goulée, Port de Talais
