Kitchen with 2 induction hobs, freestanding oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine, kettle. Baby equipment (bed/high chair/bath/potty). Television, DVD player. Wi-Fi. Reversible air conditioning in the living room. A terrace surrounded by vegetation. Off-street parking. The owners' main house is on the same property but not overlooked. Entrance through the shared gate. Your cottage is on the second row from the street. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included, and heating is included in the price in winter. The property and accommodation are equipped with a Verisure remote monitoring alarm system.
