Bonne situation
Logement très propre à l’arrivée. Assez bon confort. Beaucoup d’espace. Très belle vue. Résidence très calme.
Terrasse pour manger un peu petite.
Il faut passer par une des chambres pour aller à la piscine (seum point d’accès)
Une seule salle de bain c’est un peu juste pour 5 pers
Dans les points à revoir : pas de climatisation, pas de stores mais un parasol qui ne fait que tomber, pas d’internet, la télé seulement en espagnol, frigo mal placé dans la cuisine, draps en 140 pour un lit en 160

Un bel endroit
Une belle location avec super piscine et a deux pas de la mer. Cela fait 3 années que l'on vient a llanca et on Loue toujours au même endroit .

Ok aber mit Einschränkungen
Möbel und vor allem die Ausstattung sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aufteilung und Lage ganz ok. Nächstes mal würden wir aber ein Haus mit Internet und Klimaanlage buchen.

Bel maison, dommage pas de Wifi, n'y des programmes en français pour la télévision, écran plat un peu trop petit. Lit confortable et très belle terrasse. On a passé des très agréables moments.

Petite copropriété à 3mn des petites criques de Llanca. Logement bien équipé, piscine communautaire trés agréable. Jolie vue depuis la terrasse . Facile de se garer. Le seul bémol est si vous avez du mal à monter les escaliers. Appartement sur 2 niveaux + terrasse. Sinon à recommander

Vacaciones en familia
La casa está muy bien situada a 2 min del camino de ronda y a 10 andando del puerto. Barrio tranquilo, vistas geniales. La casa está equipada. El trato con interhome muy bueno. Por poner una pega, a la casa le falta una actualización, y hemos echado de menos disponer de WiFi.

apartamento espacioso con la cocina bien equipada y buena distribución de las habitaciones.
Necesita una mano de pintura , hay espacios del salón-comedor con rascadas en la pared importantes, también seria necesaria una mano de pintura a la puerta de acceso.

apartamento amplio con buenas vistas
buena distribución, pero la haría falta una mano de pintura y actualizar el mobiliario del salón-comedor. Cambiar la pantalla de la tele por una más grande. Equipo de música completo. Así mismo la puerta de la entrada también necesita un poco de pintura, es lo primero que se ve. Cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, nevera, lavadora, hornos y dos micro ondas. El sofá está bien. Falta wi-fi

En general, muy bien a falta de un poco más de mantenimiento. El apartamento precioso, en muy buena zona. Las personas de la inmobiliaria, nos atendieron y solventaron algún problemilla muy bien y muy rapido.

Ubicación genial. Limpieza general pésima
La limpieza de los baño y cocina era correcta pero la del resto de la casa era pésima. Colchas con polvo, cajones con cosas, terraza y mobiliario sucio, polvo en los muebles, tapetes sucios...es cierto que al quejarnos vinieron a hacer un repaso rápidamente, pero aun así, faltaron cosas por limpiar. Creo que si la limpieza es importante en estos casos, en los tiempos que corren es fundamental. Por otro lado, la casa está descuidada, y con cosas de los propietarios. La ubicación es muy buena
