Property was nice. It wasn’t very clean. Sheets had stains but was reconciled the next day. Pictures show a grill there is no grill. The mopHead was black. I feel like more towels can be given per person we had to wash every morning.

Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The house is beautiful - very spacious, clean, well located, and equipped with everything you need. The pool was also great. The only small improvement we could suggest would be to offer a cleaning service after one week for guests staying two weeks.Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely highly recommend this property!

Amazing property. We rented this property to visit the parks for our kids senior trip. They loved the house so much they almost didn’t want to go anywhere else. The movie room itself kept them occupied for hours.

The place was very nice , the backyard neighbors were very loud 2 days also would bee nice to have salt and pepper as standard amenities in house .

Great experience! Matthew was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. The kids had a great time in the pool and the movie theater. All our family flew in from NY and had an amazing time. Definitely a great place to stay.

The house was well kept. They went out of their way to even provide a Christmas tree for us to decorate. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was clean and everyone was able to stay there comfortably.

Big beautiful home. Close enough to the parks to make the commute easy, but far enough away that it didn’t feel crowded. Pool was awesome. Well worth it to pay for the heating and enjoy the great hot tub.

Perfect House

This house was just as described, if not better! We had an amazing time, and its location was perfect, just the right driving distance to all the places we visited, including ESPN Wide World of Sports, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.

The host was excellent in communication with any issues or concerns. Overall the home was clean with the exception of two bedrooms. The bedding appeared to not be clean, with white sheets/duvet covers, you can see everything and seeing other peoples hair, staining on covers gave doubt to some of the guests that bedding was clean. As well, we had ants and cockroach issue in one bedroom. The second room had gnats issue. The kitchen had ants issue.The host was excellent in providing solutions, which helped with providing Raid, sending a pest control company out to spray the home and sending the cleaning service to help bedding issue. We do understand it’s tropical weather and some bugs come with it.The home is very spacious and the whole family of adults, teens, little kids enjoyed the home. The pool was maintained 2x a week during our stay. We would definitely stay at the Hide Away again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
