Located approximately 6 miles away from the XNA Airport, 7 miles from Downtown Bentonville Square, 8 miles to I-49 freeway and minutes drive to local Walmart, cafes, and eateries.

Our home has plenty of room for the whole family.

Each bedroom has a comfy gel memory foam mattress with fresh sheets.

The loft offers foosball, board games and smart TV for easy streaming. And a sofa that converts to a full size bed.

The dining area has plenty of seating, total of 8 dining chairs. Two at the bar and six at the table.

The kitchen is equipped with essential necessities you'll need to cook and prepare just about anything.
