The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Paimpol, at less than one kilometer from the beach, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to welcome up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 650 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1 : A double bed (160x200) with dressing room
- A shower room with shower
- Separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2 : A double bed (140 x 190)
- Room 3 : A double bed (140 x 190)
- Room 4 : Two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Paimpol, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
