Beautiful single storey villa with air conditioning and land of over 1000m²
Very well located in a quiet residential area, on a wooded plot of over 1000m², discover this beautiful 4-sided villa and its wooden chalet nestled in greenery.
It consists of an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room/living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with an office area. Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with WC and a separate WC complete the layout.
The first bedroom offers a double bed (140x180); the second is equipped with two joinable beds (80x200) and a television.
The kitchen opening onto the living room is equipped with oven, microwave, 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, toaster, food processor/blender, kettle, baby-cook , bottle warmer... A second refrigerator also with freezer compartment next to the washing machine in the adjoining laundry room. A folding cot and a high chair are also available.
In the living room, which you can isolate very easily by closing the doors, the corner bench made up of two real comfortable beds (80x200) offers two additional beds. You will also find a television offering channels from the orange package, wifi and a radio-CD/USB player.
This comfortable and bright living room has French windows opening onto a large tiled terrace with covered pergola and awning, garden furniture, garden table, electric planxa and deck chair...
