Très bon studio

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi ce logement. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le studio est très agréable et bien agencé, on s'y sent bien. Gros + pour la salle de bain! Par contre pas accessible PMR. Très bonne communication avec les sympathiques proprio. Et comme annoncé très proche de la mer.

Très belle déco.

L immeuble en centre ville manque un peu d entretien mais c est rattrapé par la qualite du studio qui est parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de tres belle qualité et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de chaleur. On s y sent comme chez soi. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés.
