We enjoyed staying here. The house is a good base for days out locally by foot or bike or bus. It is also a good place to start for days out by car. The kitchen is well equipped (except we couldn't find saucepan lids!!!!). The appliances all work well, so does the shower. There was no air conditioning unit in one bedroom. Both other bedrooms and the living room did have aircon. This is not a house with a great view but that didn't matter to us. Otherwise a great house.

Maison très bien équipée proche des activités

La maison est très bien équipée avec 1 salle d'eau et une salle de bain ainsi que les 2 toilettes séparées et la climatisation. Le garage est top pour éviter de galérer à se garer dans la rue. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour tout confort.

Location dans zone résidentielle tranquille au sud de La Rochelle, près de la plage des Minimes

Location très spacieuse, mais surtout très bien située si vous appréciez les zones résidentielles tranquilles pour les vacances. La plage n'est pas loin, et le bateaubus vous amène au centre ville en vingt minutes pour trois euros par personne. Un détail à noter : l'escalier est un peu étroit, mais assez bien sécurisé malgré tout (rampe et bande antidérapante). Il est donc plus confortable d'avoir des chaussons pour le monter et le descendre. ça n'a pas gêné les ados mais pour une personne âgée c'est à prendre en considération. Sinon c'est très confort, spacieux, avec terrasse, garage, etc. , tec. etc. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, et avons moins visité que prévu parce qu'on s'est très bien senti entre la maison et la plage. :-)
