The Space:
Our mission is to make you feel safe while you travel and we take that very seriously. That’s why we use medical grade disinfectant between each guest, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

With its spacious dining and common areas, the large group paradise truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted not only to sleep 13, but with enough space and function for up to 13 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students find refuge in the office or utilizing our high speed internet from around the house.

Having two spacious common areas gives larger groups the flexibility they need. Relax in the open and inviting great room with plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen and tv/cable, or have some fun in the game room with pool, darts, and more!

Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all your basic cookware & stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots/pans, plates/bowls utensils & even baby utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the great room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the large dining table.

Comfortably enjoy not one but two master ensuites both with King beds. One of which is on the first floor offering accessibility features that include a step free entry and widened doorway. The upper level features two other large bedrooms with queen beds, an additional full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, plenty of closet storage space, and mirrors to help with getting ready for a night out in Charlotte. The lower level bedroom offers additional sleeping arrangements including a twin and double bed.


Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, Hairdryers are available in each property.

Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large fully furnished deck and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is nestled in a beautiful wooded cul-de-sac and is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owners closet and shed are unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
Large group paradise is located in the University Area just a few blocks from UNCC, and is perfect for families in town visiting students, or groups visiting other areas of Charlotte.

College downs is a quaint neighborhood right off of University City Blvd which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to other areas of North Charlotte. Reedy Creek Park is less than 4 miles away featuring ball fields, courts, lakeside meadow, disc golf, hiking, fishing, picnic areas, & playground. Also the PNC Music Pavilion is less than 5 miles away and regularly hosts concerts and other events.

This home is nestled into the quaint College Downs neighborhood just blocks away from everything University City Blvd has to offer. Walk to the UNCC campus, or drive to one of the many local restaurants and bars. The light rail is less than 2.5 miles away, hop on to quickly get Uptown or further south to South End and more. Also plenty of Ubers are also available at this location.

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notice unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
