It nice, clean and close to places we wanted to visit. Close to St Pete Beach and restaurants, which were excellent. Close to Tropicana Field for ballgames we came to see. Only down side was no closet in 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was a beautiful rental, close to everything, and plenty of room for my family! We never used the pool because the beach was so close, just a couple minutes to drive, but I wanted it just in case for the kids.

We had a lot of fun at Matthew’s condo as a family of four. Communication with our host was excellent, and any small problems that arose were handled quickly, and with care. The condo was immaculate, and everything was as listed and more. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. We utilized all the beach accessories every day. They had everything we could need during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will for sure be back!

There was so much in the condo including beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels and the kitchen had everything too. Our granddaughters loved the pool and it was also close to the beach and bars/restaurants so we walked to everything.

Condo was very clean. The owner was very prompt at responding to any and all questions. Only thing we were bummed about, was that there was no individual outdoor space like a deck or patio. Beach and plenty of good restaurants within a half mile walking distance. Happy to get our steps in.

The unit was clean, well stocked, close to everything and the Host was amazing. When I sent an email I received a reply quickly. The pool was clean and warm. I liked the assigned parking spaces however the day before we left someone took our spot so we tried to go to a spot where we knew someone had left the day before. When we returned from dinner, our spot was free again.

We were really happy with our stay here! The condo was really nice and they had everything you need for the beach! Not to mention all the provided condiments, games, close to all the beaches, amazing temp control, and very clean.

St Pete getaway and visit with grandson

Hello Tiffani, I am sorry that you did not know about the laundry...as a VRBO premier host we try to be as descriptive as possible when describing our unit. This is what is in the description. There are 2 laundry rooms on site each with 2 apple pay operated washer/dryer. Should I word that differently so that future guests understand that there are not a washer/dryer inside the unit? I hope that you had a good stay otherwise,.
